  The worst bank on this planet. I just went to pay principal only on my credit line. They would not take principal payment only. I had to pay principal and some amount of interest. There system would not take a principal payment only, even though this is credit line not a mortgage. They said I had to pay a late fee. I told them I am paying two weeks early and the statement has not even been printed and mailed. I told them they are morons and this bank should be outsourced to the Philippines.
  
  This is the same bank I sent $8k to China to pay a invoice. The money never got there. I went back and forth with bank manager Poojah for 90 days asking them where my money was. Poojah told me they don't know where my money was and they could not help me. I had to take Wells Fargo to court to get my money back. It took 6 month just to get my money. Do not use this bank. I am going to cancel my credit line, soon I figure out how to pay my balance off. The bank managers Poojah and Mendoza will smile and do nothing to solve your problem. All they do is give you a 800 number to call. Remember this is the same bank that made fake account for all the customers.
