    Bad management!!! Tried to hard to book an aptt w Linda for a hair cut , for my birthday!
    I even left my name on a waiting list, "a week " prior to my celebration. No calls !
    On my birthday, I called again and the receptionist couldnt find my name or number on her waiting list! Than I was informed that Linda is no longer working there!
    She booked me for a " consultation only" with someone else , but my hair cut would have to wait until next week !
    Of course I will not give them any business!
    Poor Management !!! Very bad customer service !!!!
    I will book with another salon that actually cares about their costumer !!!!!
