  I recently re-located from PA to North Jersey and was weary about finding a small yoga school to invest in monthly. My old studio was so great! But finding Shiva Shanti opened up my world. I started with a Groupon and was hooked, I loved the teachers and the space so much, I decided to do my 200-hr Teach Training through the school. Felise Berman, the owner is wise and a great teacher. Every teacher who is on the schedule there has gone through her program. The classes are structured, safe, and I always leave the studio feeling better than when I entered it!
