  Danny Simone represented my wife and I in buying our house in Rutherford . HE WAS TERRIFIC!!! Because my wife and I had already know the area we wanted to live in, Danny was the was perfect for understanding that we wanted. He handled or assisted with all aspects of our purchase so there were no loose ends. We were able to get a great price which helped with the closing costs being a little lower than anticipated. We highly recommend Danny to anybody interested in buying a home in Northern New Jersey especially the Rutherford area and absolutely recommend Danny to everybody thinking of selling their home in this area.
